We take great pride in the quality and condition of our groceries, in the unlikely event that there is a quality concern, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We don’t accept returns of chilled, frozen or perishable goods but we will do our best to put it right.
We deliver all products as close as reasonably possible to the delivery date/time requested by you at checkout. Since most of our products are perishable it is always best if someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery.
