TURKISH OREGANO BUDS
Origin: Hand harvested in Denizli. Turkey.
Flavour: Strong, aromatic wild oregano, hoppy + slightly peppery - we love this pure, 100% Origanum vulgare. Conventional oregano leaves can have a medicinal pungency, ours are less bitter, with a pronounced zesty quality and slight heat that reminds you of mouth-tingling Sichuan peppercorns.
How to use:
More intense than standard oregano but far less bitter
• Italian sauces calling for oregano, Pizzas pastas, breads and oils
• Roasted meats and vegetables, rubs + marinades
• Salads of all sorts
