Nicola de Laurentiis and his wife Paola, along with their family, craft artisanal antipasti in the heart of Abruzzo, Italy, using fresh, sun-ripened vegetables from their farm in Puglia.
The artichokes are harvested in early spring and carefully processed by hand to maintain their natural shape and tenderness. Each product is enriched with homemade spice blends and selected ingredients, creating well-balanced, ready-to-eat aperitifs. These artichokes are ideal for salads, fish or poultry dishes, antipasti platters, or simply as a flavorful snack.

OrtoSalento and Casina Rossa use only the freshest vegetables in their products, some of which are grown on their own estate. The vegetables are picked and prepared by hand at peak ripeness according to artisan methods, which protects the delicious natural flavours.
Sauce products are packed whilst still warm and no use is made of artificial colourings or preservatives.
