Indulge in these delicious milk chocolate truffles, made with single-origin Öko Caribe cacao from the Dominican Republic. Each truffle has a smooth milk chocolate shell, a light dusting of cocoa powder and a soft, velvety ganache centre that melts in your mouth.

With 50% milk chocolate, expect a lovely balance of mellow cocoa, warm caramel and roasted nut flavours in every bite.

The cacao comes from Öko Caribe, a fermentation centre founded in 2006 by Gualberto Torrejon and Adriano Rodriguez. Working closely with local farming communities, they support 165 farmers through training and careful cocoa processing. By collecting freshly harvested cocoa beans within six hours, they help ensure a better fermentation process and consistently high-quality cacao.
