    Rinse Lentils under running water, place in saucepan with water and pinch of salt bring to the boil and cook over a low heat for 20 minutes.

Now run by the Salvadori di Wiesenhoff family who personally manage the farm which produces top quality Italian rice: you can visit the fields around the Abbey and the shop where you can buy Principato di Lucedio rice, ready-to-cook risottos with natural ingredients, but also pasta and rice-based baked products.
