Organic stone milled current harvest oils. Fresh basil/chilli/lemon/garlic/mandarins (*delete as appropriate!) are actually milled together with the olives at harvest time, not added afterwards like most flavoured oils. This gives an incredible depth of flavour - once treid you'll never use anything else! The persistent, aromatic aroma and flavour are wonderful.

Very versatile extra virgin organic infused oils that are gorgeous for dressings, baking, fish or adding to desserts and cakes but also to drizzle on roasted vegetables + meats, and make fantastic additions to sauces + pizzas + pastas + salads.
